Sacred Within offers digital products and content. Sacraia is the art world of Caroline-Marie Kreuzer and offers original physical artworks through the same online store.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts concluded through sacredwithin.de for:
- digital products offered under Sacred Within, including healing frequencies, video guides, e-books and other digital content; and
- original physical artworks offered under Sacraia.
The specific characteristics and scope of each product are described on the respective product page.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected product.
An automatic order confirmation confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the offer.
The contract is concluded when the order is expressly accepted, the digital content is provided, or, in the case of a Sacraia artwork, the order or shipment is expressly confirmed.
An order may be rejected or cancelled before acceptance if, for example, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred, payment has not been completed, the delivery address cannot be served, or there is reasonable evidence of fraud or misuse.
3. Prices and Taxes
The prices displayed during checkout apply to the respective order.
The applicable net price, VAT and gross price are shown in accordance with the customer’s destination and the applicable tax rules.
For deliveries of physical artworks outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, local taxes or handling charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such charges are not collected by Sacred Within or Sacraia and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Payment
The payment methods available for the respective product are displayed during checkout.
Sacred Within digital products may be paid using the payment methods offered during checkout.
Sacraia original artworks are paid by bank transfer unless another payment method is expressly offered.
When a Sacraia artwork is ordered by bank transfer, the artwork is reserved for the customer for 3 days. Payment must be received within this period. If full payment has not been received within the reservation period, the order may be cancelled and the artwork made available for purchase again.
A Sacraia artwork remains the property of Caroline-Marie Kreuzer until the purchase price has been paid in full.
5. Sacred Within Digital Products
Digital products are provided electronically as described on the respective product page. This may include a download link or access through a protected area of the website.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, content made available through a protected area may be accessed for an indefinite period. Temporary restrictions may occur where necessary for maintenance, security or technical updates.
The statutory provisions governing digital products, including Sections 327 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB), apply where applicable.
Upon purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased content for personal use.
The content may not be shared, published, reproduced, made publicly accessible, commercially exploited or resold without prior express permission, unless otherwise permitted by law.
6. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal
Where digital content is supplied before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, its immediate provision requires the customer’s express consent where required by law.
Where the statutory requirements are fulfilled, the customer’s right of withdrawal may expire once performance of the contract has begun.
The necessary declarations regarding immediate performance and the possible loss of the right of withdrawal are obtained separately during checkout.
Mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital products remain unaffected.
7. Spiritual Content
Sacred Within content is intended for spiritual guidance, personal reflection and the exploration of soul-level themes.
Healing frequencies, guides and other content do not constitute or replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
No specific healing effect, personal change or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

8. Sacraia Original Artworks
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, every Sacraia artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind original created by Caroline-Marie Kreuzer.
Product photographs are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and device.
Visible brushstrokes, paper textures, irregularities and artistic marks resulting from the creative process form part of the individual character of the artwork and do not constitute defects where the artwork otherwise corresponds to its description.
Dimensions, materials, condition and other essential characteristics are stated on the respective product page.
Because each original exists only once, an identical replacement may not be possible.
9. Shipping of Sacraia Artworks
Worldwide shipping for Sacraia original artworks is included in the artwork price where indicated during checkout.
The artwork will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
After payment has been received, the artwork will be carefully prepared for shipment. Tracking information will be provided once the artwork has been dispatched where tracking is available.
Any stated processing or delivery times are estimates unless a binding delivery date has expressly been agreed.
For consumer purchases, the statutory provisions regarding the transfer of risk during shipment apply.
10. Withdrawal and Returns of Physical Artworks
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
For the purchase of physical goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
Detailed information about the right of withdrawal, the procedure for exercising it, return costs and the model withdrawal form is provided separately in the Withdrawal Policy.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning an artwork following a statutory withdrawal where the customer has been informed of this obligation before placing the order.
This does not apply to justified claims concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.
11. Delivery Damage and Defects
Customers should inspect a Sacraia artwork and its packaging after delivery.
If an artwork arrives damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, the customer should contact hello@sacredwithin.de as soon as possible and, where available, provide the order number and photographs of the artwork, packaging, shipping label and relevant damage.
Customers should retain the artwork and its original packaging until further instructions have been provided.
Mandatory statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.
12. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Sacred Within content and Sacraia artworks are protected by copyright to the extent provided by applicable law.
Purchasing a Sacraia original transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright, reproduction rights and other intellectual property rights remain with Caroline-Marie Kreuzer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
The buyer may possess and privately display the original artwork but may not reproduce, commercially exploit, create merchandise, prints, digital products or NFTs from it, or otherwise use the artwork commercially without prior written permission.
Caroline-Marie Kreuzer retains the right to photograph, reproduce, publish and use images of her artworks for her portfolio, websites, social media, exhibitions, publications, prints, licensing and other artistic or commercial purposes.
13. Liability
The statutory provisions on liability apply.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
The personal and responsible use of Sacred Within spiritual content does not replace appropriate professional support for medical or mental-health concerns where such support is required.
14. Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable.
15. Consumer Dispute Resolution
Caroline-Marie Kreuzer is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
16. Final Provisions
The version of these Terms and Conditions applicable at the time the respective contract is concluded applies to that contract.
If any provision is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The applicable statutory provision takes the place of the invalid provision.
